Client Portals

A private login for the people you serve

Clients, parents or members log in to check progress, find documents, send requests and approve things, without calling or emailing you.

Clients keep chasing you for updates. Files and approvals get lost in email. Clients check progress themselves. Files and approvals are all in one place.

The problem
Clients, parents and members call and email for updates, documents are buried in long email threads and approvals happen over the phone with nothing in writing.
What we build
A portal gives each person one branded place to follow progress, find documents, send requests and approve things. Every approval is recorded, and your team is told when something needs attention.
Who sees what
Access is configured around the information each person should see. A parent sees only their own child, a client only their own project, and you choose what each contact can do.

Watch it in action

Example: A client checks their project timeline, downloads the latest plan and approves a change. The team is notified straight away.

How we set it up

  1. Decide who sees what

Progress, documents, requests, approvals and invoices, and which people see each.

  2. Match your brand

Your logo, colours and wording, on your own web address where agreed.

  3. Connect your records

Progress and files can come from your app, so nothing is entered twice.

  4. Invite people

You control who is invited and what each person can do.

Send us your question
Can people see each other’s information?

No. Each person only sees what belongs to them, and you choose what each contact can see and do.

Do people need to install anything?

No. The portal runs in a web browser on phones and computers.

Can it use our own web address?

Yes. Where agreed in the proposal, the portal can run on a subdomain of your website.
