    You click through the screens before we build, so changes are quick and cheap.

  3. Build in stages

    The most-used parts come first, so your team can start using them early.

  4. Move your data

    Agreed records are moved across and checked before the old way is retired.

Most apps run in a web browser on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install. App Store and Google Play apps can be scoped where a project needs them.

Why not use an off-the-shelf tool?

Sometimes that is the right answer, and we will say so. A custom app makes sense when your process does not fit existing tools, or you pay for many features you never use.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. Apps work on phones for staff on the move and on larger screens in the office or classroom. If you need an app in the App Store or Google Play, we discuss it during scoping.

Can it connect to our other systems?

Yes, where those systems allow it. For example, attendance can feed a school’s records system, or completed jobs can go to your accounting software.

Can you build something we have not seen before?

Usually, yes. Describe what you want to manage and who uses it, and we will tell you how we would approach it and what it involves.
